About
The People
Well, we are the Maxwells.
Um, yea.
There are alot of Maxwells in the world, and we are but two of them.
Richard is a computer geek from Auckland, New Zealand. Raised by Tony and Jenny Maxwell, Richard managed to survive being hit by a van, being an uncool teenager computer nerd with zits bigger than Jesus, University, Beruit and even the London Tube network. Yet somehow he hooked up with a woman that was waaaay out of his league, and even managed to marry her.
Richard likes fair weather trecking, travel photography (and hence, travellings), cats and dogs, and playing 32+ multiplayer online team based first person shooter games.
Geraldine is a geek from Auckland, New Zealand. Daughter of Christine and Michael Mora. She too survived childhood and adolescence to evolve into a intellegent and geogeous woman. Her only failing in life was that somehow she ended up marrying Richard.
Geraldine likes trecking, camping, traveling, gardening, baking, and splatter movies, as they make her giggle with delight. Oh, and coconuts.
The Website
This website is basically the online travel diary of Richard Maxwell (with some input from his girlfriend come wife Geraldine). From 2000 to now, its mostly a travel photo blog if you will, with the odd email for some textual loving. Mostly stuff around the UK, Europe, Alberta Canada, the Middle East, Egypt, and some good old homegrown New Zealand. Yup, thats pretty much it.
