Losing Memories Sucks

When I walked the Camino de Santiago across Northern Spain in 2000 I kept a small travel diary. I can’t remember what I wrote, but it was normally quite funny, and a good spark for the memories I might have forgotten.

I have lost it.

Hello from the Maxwells

Hey Guys!

Long time, no mass email. Why? Cos we aint travelling, thats why!

Fighting the daily battle of Auckland inner surburbia, avoiding house mums in stupid 4×4s, gossiping about workmates, and being snowed under with housework is the norm these days. However there is change on the horizon.

We are going to South America!

Thats right, Geraldine, My Mother Jenny, and myself are visting another continent. And the intended itinerary is (grab your atlas):
Peru, Machhu Picchu, Macaws in the Amazon Rainforest, Lake Titicaca, Bolivian Saltflats, Chilian Fjords, Southern Patagonia and Torres del Paine.

Xmas Letter V3

Well, hello there fellow minions.

In a stark contrast to most of our mass letters of electronic persuasion, we have decided to embrace the back end of technology, and deliver this festive message via dead trees and pictures of the queen. Secondly, we have a decided lack of anything interesting to talk about.
